ViseCleats are case-hardened, precision ground vise jaws that have significantly advanced the performance and safety of Kurt Milling Vises. These tools will notably improve your workholding efficiency. ViseCleats are designed, manufactured and used extensively at ortoolworks in Diamond Springs, CA USA.
The majority of ViseCleats sales originate from repeat buyers.

ViseCleats originated from a call to action by ortoolworks to produce a series of vise jaws that were required in the manufacturing of precision aircraft tooling components. In 2014 a Texas manufacturer of printing equipment viewed our jaws in use on our ortoolworks.com site. Soon after, our first sale of multiple units ensued.
All ViseCleats models are sold as a set consisting of two jaws per set, and have a 14 day money back guarantee (buyer pays return shipping).
ViseCleats are sold directly from ortoolworks, WE ONLY SHIP UPS (BROWN).
A $20.00 shipping charge on Models 200, 400 will be added to a single ViseCleats order, a $10.00 charge will be added to each additional jaw set when purchasing multiple sets.
A $25.00 shipping charge on Models 500, X600, 820 and 840 will be added to a single ViseCleats order, a $12.50 charge will be added to each additional jaw set when purchasing multiple sets.
ViseCleats Model X600
Model X600 is designed to facilitate 4 point chucking of round stock (4"- 6.15" dia.) in a standard 6" Kurt Vise. This model has been needed for quite some time at ortoolworks. We will soon add some helpful tips on their usage.

ViseCleats Model 200
Model 200 is the workhorse of the ViseCleats line, our top seller. (Currently out of stock, 46 sets will be available in April). Model 200 features a dual grip .125 and a .250 deep 60 degree dovetailed serrated edge. Although the grip depth is shallow, these jaws secure your work pieces with exceptional force.
The success of this model has prompted us to produce an 8" set for the larger Kurt vises (ViseCleats Model 820).

Model 400's main feature is its' aggressively knurled face. (Current stock is low) Our simplest and least expensive model. A strong seller throughout the Midwest. Quite often, they are purchased in volume.

This is our "super precision squaring jaw set". These jaws are 3.875" tall and approx. .92" thick. They are carburized and hardened to 56-62 HRC and precision ground.
These jaws are used for precision squaring operations. Included with the
jaws is a hardened precision ground rail that can be attached
to either edge of jaw. Edges of jaws are precision ground perpendicular to base within .0002" TIR.
Locate precision work pieces with speed and confidence.

800 Series Heavy Duty ViseCleats are for 8" Kurts.
ViseCleats Model 820
Heavy Duty
Model 820's feature a .250" and a .125"
deep 60 degree knife edged serrated
grip. Essentially, this jaw set is a larger version of our top selling model 200.
The photo below illustrates the massive grip of the Model 820 Heavy Duty. Clinching a 220 lbs slab vertically of 4140 with no support.
